Dear Sir / Madam I hope and trust you are well, I intend travelling to Mozambique from the 25th until 02 January 2024 on a family vacation. All my travel documents is sorted except that I am still short of three unabridged birth certificates of minors travelling with me. I initially thought the the passport requirements would suffice for children as well. Can the three unabridged certificate for minors be waived on condition that I supply the embassy with the actual proof that I applied at the Department of Home Affairs. Reason being is that these certificates takes about two months to issue compared to 8 working days for passports. Please advise at your immediate convenience.
