Hello, my name is Ané. I am interested in applying for a student permit/visa to study at the University of Namibia next year. I am confused about where to start the application process. One source suggests that I have to apply in Namibia, while another source says that I can apply at the Namibian Embassy in Pretoria. Can you please clarify this for me? Is it possible to apply online? I am willing to travel to Pretoria to do it there, but I cannot go to Cape Town. I would really appreciate your assistance with this matter.

I am traveling around Africa for 2 months and currently staying in Cape Town until Saturday. I am planning to go to Namibia as a tourist next month and for that I need the Visa as a Croatian citizen.
May I apply for a Visa at the Consulate in Cape Town? I may wish to cross the border to Namibia where they don't issue Visa-on-arrival and it would be more convenient to get the Visa while in Cape Town.

Good morning. I need urgent assistance with a visa for a friend from Bulgaria. She and two friends with Swiss passports are visiting me in 2weeks time here in Franschoek. I have booked and paid from 13 December to 20 December at various places in Namibia for a road trip in the South of Namibia. The lady with Bulgarian passport has been having issues getting a visa via the new online system.
