Hi I would like to find out for my boy friend if he needs to do both notarized and apostille on his divorce decree in order to renew his passport, he is from Austria, or it is okay to do apostille only? Thank you

Whenever I try to make an appointment for the 90-day Shengen visitor Visa to visit my children in Austria and then Berlin, your system says no appointments are available. I have to depart from Jhb soon, and I'm worried that I won't be able to get a Visa in time.
