I am a Zimbabwean scheduled to travel to Baku at the end of September 2023 to attend the International Astronautical Congress. I am domiciled in Zimbabwe.
I have noted that there is no embassy in Zimbabwe and online e-Visa services are currently not enabled for the citizens of Zimbabwe for visiting Azerbaijan. I have noticed the nearest embassy is in South Africa.

b) How long does it take to process the Visa?
