Greetings from Tata Elxsi Limited.
This is with regards to our company employees 11 South Africa visa applications for their travel to South Africa. We tried submitting the business visa application at the VFS South Africa office in Bangalore today morning, but they requested our South Africa company incorporation certificate, which was attested by the commissioner of oaths from South Africa, and they said this is a new requirement from the South Africa High Commission. Without submitting the attested incorporation certificate, they are not supposed to accept it. But we have checked on the website and the business visa and 11.2 visa checklist, but the document was not specified.
We request that you kindly consider our business visa application and the 11.2 applications with a copy of our company incorporation certificate for this time and help us get their visa stamped as soon as possible to facilitate their travel to South Africa. We will submit the attested incorporation certificates with supporting documents from the next submission onwards.
We are awaiting a favorable response from your good office.
